Arab National Bank appointed Ikon to refurbish their long-standing London branch and offices, transforming their Mayfair premises into a high-quality, contemporary banking environment.

The newly refurbished spaces deliver a significant step change in both quality and experience. The main banking hall has been fully reimagined with a calm, neutral palette, bespoke teller desks with switchable ballistic glass, and refined finishes throughout. A new client lounge offers a discreet, comfortable setting for private banking, combining soft textures and premium furnishings to create a calm, professional atmosphere.

Management offices were reconfigured with clean, modern detailing, integrated storage, and a focus on natural light. Meeting rooms and executive spaces were upgraded with seamless AV technology, while refreshed tea points and breakout areas improved staff comfort.

Delivered over a 26-week programme, the project was phased to ensure uninterrupted banking operations throughout. Careful planning and sequencing were essential, especially around live services, high-security protocols, and the presence of a live vault.

This Mayfair branch is now a welcoming space that balances security and operational continuity with a refreshed, client-focused design.
